DWORD, and not the unsigned HIWORD() and LOWORD(). Systems with
multiple monitors can have negative coordinates on some of the

WM_SETCURSOR messages while the mouse is captured.
(gdk_display_pointer_ungrab): Correspondingly, destroy the copy
