ARM: mach-shmobile: sh73a0: Minimal setup using DT
Allow a minimal setup of the sh73a0 SoC using a flattened device tree.
In particular, Configure the i2c controllers using a flattened device tree.
SCI serial controller and CMT clock source, whose drivers do not yet
support configuration using a flattened device tree, are still configured
using C code in order to allow booting of a board with this SoC.
*** Please note that the clock initialisation scheme used in
this patch does not currently work with SMP as there
is a yet to be resolved lock-up in workqueue initialisation.
CONFIG_SMP must be disabled when using this code. ***

ARM: mach-shmobile: sh73a0: Allow initialisation of GIC by DT
This allows the GIC interrupt controller of the sh73a0 SoC to be
initialised using a flattened device tree blob.
It does not allow the INTC interrupt controller which is also present on
the sh73a0 SoC to be enabled via device tree. Nor does it handle sharing
of interrupts between the GIC and INTC interrupt controllers.
This limits the usefulness of this code to applications which only wish to
access devices which use interrupts that can be handled by the GIC
interrupt controller. Other applications should, for now, continue using
non-device tree initialisation of the sh72a0 interrupt controllers.

ARM: SH-Mobile: sh73a0: Add CPU Hotplug
Add the capability to add and remove CPUs on the fly.
The Cortex-A9 offers the possibility to take single cores out of the
MP Core. We add this capabilty taking care that caches are kept
coherent. For verifying the shutdown we rely on the internal SH73A0
Power Status Register PSTR.

ARM: SH-Mobile: sh73a0: Secondary CPUs handle own SCU flags
When booting secondary CPUs we have used the main CPU to set up the
Snoop Control Unit flags of these CPUs. It is a cleaner approach
if every CPU takes care of its own flags. We avoid the need for
locking and the program logic is more concise. With this patch the file
headsmp-sh73a0.S is added that contains a startup vector for secondary CPUs
that sets up its own SCU flags.
Further in sh73a0_smp_prepare_cpus() we can rely on the generic ARM helper
scu_power_mode(). This is possible as we don't cross borders anymore (every
CPU handles its own flags) and need no locking. So we can throw out the
needless function modify_scu_cpu_psr().

sh7372_add_early_devices_dt() and sh7372_add_standard_devices_dt() are
defined as global functions in arch/arm/mach-shmobile/setup-sh7372.c,
but their declarations are missing. Add them to common.h, where similar
functions for this and other SoC types are already declared.

ARM: mach-shmobile: sh73a0 external IRQ wake update
Use sh73a0_set_wake() for external IRQ signals on sh73a0.
The sh73a0 IRQ hardware for external IRQ pins consists of
the INTCA interrupt controller and the GIC together doing
their best to limp along. These external IRQ pins are
treated as a special case where interrupts need to be
managed in both interrupt controllers in parallel.
The ->irq_set_wake() callback for the external IRQ pins
can be dealt with in the same way as INTCA-only without
involving the GIC. So this patch updates the external
IRQ pin code for sh73a0 to no longer involve the GIC.

ARM: davinci: psc: introduce reset API
Introduce an IP reset API for use on DaVinci SoC.
There is no existing "reset" framework support for SoC devices.
The remoteproc driver needs explicit control of the DSP's reset line.
To support this, a new DaVinci specific API is added.
This private API will disappear with DT migration. Some discussion
regarding a proposed DT "reset" binding is here:

Modify davinci_clk_init() to set clk "reset" function for clocks
that indicate PSC_LRST support. Also fix indentation issue with
function opening curly brace.

clk: bcm2835: probe for fixed-clock in device tree
This will allow fixed-clocks to be registered in device tree, which in
turn will allow clock clients to look up their clocks in device tree.
The first driver to use this feature will be the bcm2835 SDHCI/MMC
driver. In the long run, it is likely these fixed clocks will be
replaced with an actual clock implementation which speaks to the
VideoCore processor, but this change should be transparent to clock
consumers.

The clockevent core is able to figure out the best mult and shift,
calculate min_delta_ns and max_delta_ns, with the necessary info passed
into clockevents_config_and_register(). Use this combined configure
and register function where possible to make the codes less error prone
and gain some positive diff stat.

ARM: GIC: remove direct use of gic_raise_softirq
In preparation of moving gic code to drivers/irqchip, remove the direct
platform dependencies on gic_raise_softirq. Move the setup of
smp_cross_call into the gic code and use arch_send_wakeup_ipi_mask
function to trigger wake-up IPIs.

arm: add set_handle_irq() to register the parent IRQ controller handler function
In order to allow irqchip drivers to register their IRQ handling
function as the parent IRQ controller handler function, we provide a
convenience function. This will avoid poking directly into the global
handle_arch_irq variable.

irqchip: add basic infrastructure
With the recent creation of the drivers/irqchip/ directory, it is
desirable to move irq controller drivers here. At the moment, the only
driver here is irq-bcm2835, the driver for the irq controller found in
the ARM BCM2835 SoC, present in Rasberry Pi systems. This irq
controller driver was exporting its initialization function and its
irq handling function through a header file in
<linux/irqchip/bcm2835.h>.
When proposing to also move another irq controller driver in
drivers/irqchip, Rob Herring raised the very valid point that moving
things to drivers/irqchip was good in order to remove more stuff from
arch/arm, but if it means adding gazillions of headers files in
include/linux/irqchip/, it would not be very nice.
So, upon the suggestion of Rob Herring and Arnd Bergmann, this commit
introduces a small infrastructure that defines a central
irqchip_init() function in drivers/irqchip/irqchip.c, which is meant
to be called as the ->init_irq() callback of ARM platforms. This
function calls of_irq_init() with an array of match strings and init
functions generated from a special linker section.
Note that the irq controller driver initialization function is
responsible for setting the global handle_arch_irq() variable, so that
ARM platforms no longer have to define the ->handle_irq field in their
DT_MACHINE structure.
A global header, <linux/irqchip.h> is also added to expose the single
irqchip_init() function to the reset of the kernel.
A further commit moves the BCM2835 irq controller driver to this new
small infrastructure, therefore removing the include/linux/irqchip/
directory.

irqchip: add to the directories part of the IRQ subsystem in MAINTAINERS
Now that the drivers/irqchip/ directory is getting more code, it needs
a maintainer. The obvious maintainer for it is Thomas Gleixner, who is
maintaining the overall IRQ subsystem. So we add drivers/irqchip/ in
the list of directories that are part of the IRQ subsystem.

ARM: sunxi: fix struct sys_timer removal
Commit 6bb27d7 "ARM: delete struct sys_timer" removed struct sys_timer,
but didn't update mach-sunxi/sunxi.c for this change, even though the
sunxi timer implementation itself was updated. This caused a build break:

This branch contains a number of cleanups and unifications to various
timer- clock-events- and ARM timer code. The main points are:
1) Convert arch_gettimeoffset to a pointer, so that architectures with
multiple timer implementations can simply set this standard pointer
rather than maintaining their own arch-specific pointers for the
same purpose. Various architectures are converted to using this new
feature.
2) Conversion of ARM timer implementations to use clock_event_devices's
suspend/resume operations, rather than the ARM-specific sys_timer
versions. Thus, the ARM code begins to use more common infra-structure
rather than arch-specific code.
3) Removal of ARM's struct sys_timer completely, now that everything uses
common code.
4) Introduction of drivers/clocksource/clksrc-of.c, which allows ARM clock
source implementations to be moved into drivers/clocksource, with the
need to add SoC-specific header files for each timer initialization
function; instead, all enabled implementations are registered into a
table which a single core function iterates over, and calls the
relevant initialization functions based on device tree. At least the
Tegra and BCM2835 clocksource implementations will use this feature in
the 3.9 kernel cycle.

drm/ttm: fix fence locking in ttm_buffer_object_transfer
Noticed while reviewing the fence locking in the radeon pageflip
handler.
v2: Instead of grabbing the bdev->fence_lock in object_transfer just
move the single callsite of that function a few lines, so that it is
protected by the fence_lock. Suggested by Jerome Glisse.
