Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _S_HDR_SUPRESSION_CONTEXTINFO and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for
_S_HDR_SUPRESSION_CONTEXTINFO, changes the name
of the struct from _S_HDR_SUPRESSION_CONTEXTINFO
to bcm_hdr_supression_contextinfo. In addition,
any calls to the following typedefs
"S_HDR_SUPRESSION_CONTEXTINFO" are changed to call the
struct directly.
