3 popclient is a full-featured, robust, well-documented POP2, POP3 and
4 APOP client originally developed by Carl Harris <ceharris@mal.com> and
5 now maintained by Eric S. Raymond <esr@thyrsus.com>.

13 * POP2, POP3 and APOP support
15 * Easy configuration via command line or free-format .poprc file.
17 * Daemon mode -- popmail can be run in background to poll
18 one or more hosts at a specified interval.
20 * Delivery via either file-append with mandatory locking or an
23 * From:, To:, Cc:, and Reply-To: headers are rewritten so that
24 usernames relative to the popclient host become fiully-qualified
25 Internet addresses. This enables replies to work correctly.
